If your item is not received in excellent condition, please contact us to let us know! Please send a photo to support@ardeinal.com within 3 business days. Our Customer Support Team will get back to you with a resolution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. (PST). We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

If your item is not as ordered, contact us to let us know. We want to hear your feedback to make accommodations to your order. Please send a photo to helpme@ardeinal.com within 3 business days, and our customer support team will get back to you with a resolution. We're here to assist you Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. (PST). We aim to respond within 24 business hours. 

All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified Lead-free, Nickel-free, Cadmium-free, and Phthalates-free. Each piece is inspected and tested to ensure they meet all our specifications and requirements.

We offer free Standard shipping on all U.S. orders above $50. The free shipping threshold applies to the total amount paid after discounts are applied and before taxes. Orders below $50 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. (PST) with an expedited shipping method will be shipped the following business day. 

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes and FPO/APO using our standard shipping option, delivered by USPS. We definitely hope to offer this service in the near future.

We currently only offer exchanges for the same product if you are interested in a different size. If not, we provide an alternative option for a store credit that you can use to place a new order on-site for the desired item. Please contact our customer support team at support@ardeinal.com if you have any questions. 

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal at https://www.ardeinal.com/a/returns. 

From there, you can choose whether you'd like an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment. We've also made it hassle-free by providing a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience, which you will be able to access once the return is submitted. Then just box up the item(s) and send them back to us! If you need any additional assistance or questions about returns, please email us at support@ardeinal.com.From there, you can choose whether you'd like an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment. All of the information we need to process your return is included on the label you receive after initiating a return. You do not need to include the original invoice in your shipment.

You will receive an email notification your item has been processed by our returns department. Please allow up to 5 days once the return has been delivered to our facility to be processed. 

Most credit cards are declined, due to the billing address entered on the order does not match the address your bank has on file.
